Wanda is missing her dog Ruth. Her playfellow is now playing in the sky with all the other dogs that have already gone.
With the help of Herzberg who is blood typed »Rhesus Explosiv« she tries to build a new heart for Ruth. Herzberg has always to bleed of some blood to stay safe. This job is done by his friend Myggen the helpfull mosquito. As they start to drew some blood of Herzberg for Ruth they start thinking of the possibility to give all the others dogs in the sky new hearts too. And so Myggen gets prepared to bring a billion of hearts up there....
